Booking Policy
Full payment must be paid upon arrival. *Single night accommodation must be paid in full at the time of booking.

All non confirmed reservations will be held for 3 days only. Management reserves the right to cancel the reservation if you have not confirmed. This may apply in our peak season.

We accept Visa Card, MasterCard and Debit Cards.
​
2% admin fee will apply for all credit card payments. Does not apply for deposit and cancellations.
Cancellation Policy
Once paid and checked in we have a strict no refund policy.

Should you decide for any reason to shorten your stay with us, or to check out on a day that is earlier than confirmed booking, no refund will be given for nights paid for but not used.

Check in Policy
Check in time is between 2.00pm- 10.00pm.
​
Should you arrive outside these times, prior notice would be required. Should you be arriving late on check in, arrangements will be made for you to collect your keys, and instructions will be left for you to enable you to access your accommodation.
Check Out Policy
Guests are asked to vacate rooms by 10.00am, unless late checkout has been arranged prior with management.
Check out before 10.00am, we ask for keys to be left in the room on departure.
Parking
We have onsite parking on our premises which is available only during your stay.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the building, unless other wise stated. Burwood Bed and Breakfast is committed to your safety and has installed smoke detectors in all the rooms and common areas. If you feel the need to smoke please feel free to do so in the areas provided.
